David Rouche co-founded DZ Premier Group to give buyers and sellers a principal from first call to closing. He has spent two decades on the South Florida coast, with a focus on deepwater estates and private club communities from Lighthouse Point through Boca Raton.
On the water, the details decide the price: bridge clearances, dock depth, seawall condition and how far the lot sits from the Intracoastal. In club communities, it is membership terms, capital contributions and how the HOA is run. David reads those before he talks numbers, so clients know what they are actually buying or selling.
