Atlantic Avenue & the beach blocks

Delray Beach

A walkable village by the ocean — two miles of restaurants, galleries and beach-block estates that trade quietly and quickly.

Delray's beach blocks between Atlantic Avenue and George Bush Boulevard remain the most competitive addresses in the city: new construction on 60-foot lots, a five-minute walk to sand, and almost no standing inventory.

West of the Intracoastal, the Marina Historic District and Lake Ida offer larger lots and mature canopy at a lower price per foot, with the same access to Atlantic Avenue.

We work these streets weekly and often place buyers before a listing reaches the market.
