Program
DZ Premier Group (ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Boca Raton, FL) sends text messages to people who ask for them on dzpremier.group by checking the optional text-message box on a form, or by texting us first.
How to opt in to texts
Every form on dzpremier.group that asks for a mobile number shows an optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. It reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from DZ Premier Group about my request. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
It appears on the Contact and property inquiry forms, the “See this home” showing request, the “Talk to an advisor” booking page (dzpremier.group/book), and the Home Search and Home Valuation assistants' contact step. Next to the checkbox are links to this page and our Privacy Policy. We record the time and page of each consent.
What we send
- One-time sign-in codes
- Replies to your inquiry
- Showing and consultation confirmations and reminders
- Follow-ups on a home valuation or home search you requested
- New-listing and price-change alerts for searches you saved
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We send between 9am and 8pm Eastern. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Texts come from (561) 562-4347. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (561) 562-4347 or contact@dzpremiergroup.com.
Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying, selling or any service.
