What we cover

Three lanes, one point of contact

Not just trophy houses. Residential at every price, the commercial side of your practice, and the rest of the country through the network.

  1. South Florida — Residential

Palm Beach and Broward, entry level through estate

South Florida family home at golden hour

Delray, Boca, Boynton, Parkland, Lighthouse Point and the coast between them. A first townhome, the family house with a good school zone, or the waterfront address at the end of a career — we represent all three the same way.

$400K condo to $12M waterfront — the process does not change

  2. South Florida — Commercial

Practice space: lease, buy, build out, or sell

Modern South Florida professional medical office building

Suite selection and lease negotiation, purchase of the building you already occupy, build-out and operatory-count feasibility, siting a second location, or selling the practice property as part of a transition. We bring commercial counsel and your CPA into the room early.

Plaza suites, medical condos, freestanding buildings

  3. Nationwide — By referral

Anywhere else in the country, through the network

    Upscale dental practice reception area

Relocating, buying near a child's university, or picking up a second home out of state? We hand you to a vetted agent inside the Sotheby's International Realty network and stay on the thread until you close. There is no cost to you for the introduction.

Why practice owners call us

Four fewer things to explain

01

Represented by someone who signs payroll too

David founded his family's dental laboratory in 2008 and still owns and runs it today. Chair time, lab bills, margins, staffing, the cost of a dark operatory — that vocabulary is not new to us, and neither is the schedule you keep. You skip the part where you explain your business to your agent.

02

Home, office and practice

Buy a home, lease or purchase a suite, site a second location, sell the practice property. Four different asks, one point of contact.

03

Every price point, same work

First condo for an associate or a deepwater estate for a retiring owner — identical diligence, identical reporting, identical attention.

04

A read, not a pitch

Most conversations start with a number and a coffee. If the timing is wrong, we say so — that answer is free and worth more than a listing appointment.

Every price point

From a first townhome to the last house you'll buy

Modern South Florida townhome entrance

Associates & new grads

Townhomes and condos, first purchases, and honest advice about buying versus waiting.

Suburban South Florida family home

Growing practices

Family homes in the school zones that hold value, close to the practice you actually run.

Waterfront South Florida estate at twilight

Owners & transitions

Waterfront and estate representation, often paired with the sale of the practice property.

The same diligence, reporting and negotiation runs on a $400,000 purchase as on a $12,000,000 one. That is not a slogan — it is why associates refer their owners to us and owners refer their associates back.

The background

A lab owner who happens to sell real estate

David founded his family's dental laboratory in 2008 and still owns and operates it today. He has been in real estate since 2015, and the two have never been separate careers — the same clients, the same relationships, the same understanding of what a practice actually costs to run.

DZ Premier Group works out of ONE Sotheby's International Realty in Boca Raton, representing buyers and sellers from Delray Beach through Broward. Outside Florida, we place you inside the Sotheby's International Realty network.

You should not have to teach your agent how your business works.

How it goes

Three steps, low commitment

    Step 1

    Tell us what you're weighing

Two lines is enough: the city, the timing, and whether it's a home, a suite or the practice property.

    Step 2

    Get the numbers

A live-inventory valuation, a purchase read, or a lease-versus-buy comparison within a day or two — written down, with the assumptions shown.

    Step 3

    Move when it makes sense

We represent you here, or introduce the right agent in your market. Either way you keep one point of contact.

FAQ

The questions practice owners, associates and office managers ask us first.

We list and sell here — Palm Beach and Broward, residential and practice space. Anywhere else in the country, we place you through the Sotheby's International Realty network — one call gets you an agent we have personally vetted, and we stay on the thread until you close.

Yes. Buying or leasing an operatory build-out, evaluating a plaza suite, relocating a practice, or selling the building the practice sits in — we run the same underwriting we use on residential and bring in commercial counsel where it matters.

Gladly, and they get the same representation you would. A $400,000 townhome takes the same diligence as a waterfront estate — it is simply a smaller number on the same worksheet.

That is one of our favourite briefs. Rooftops, household income, competing practices per square mile, drive-time and lease economics — we assemble the site read before you sign a letter of intent.

Early morning, evening, or between patients by text. David runs a lab and a real estate practice at the same time, so the schedule is familiar and nothing here requires you to sit through a listing presentation.

Ask for the market read. You get a live-inventory valuation and a straight answer about timing — no obligation, no drip campaign.

A move, an office lease up for renewal, a second location, a practice sale on the horizon, or simple curiosity about what your house would bring today. Every one of those is a fine reason to write.

  • Not in Florida? Say where you are — we'll introduce the right agent, at no cost to you.
  • Any price point. Associates and first-time buyers welcome.
